The Accent has all the characteristics of Access but simply uses a back rest tube set 2" further back on the side frame. Accent has become many Seating clinics chair of choice as it gives better weight distribution than standard chairs thereby not straining the front castors and making manoeuvrability for the carer or user more easy.
